At Little Zak’s Academy, we actively have an ongoing ‘whole of centre approach’ to celebrating environmental sustainability. We place a high value and importance on giving children rich, diverse and warm experiences that promote environmental sustainability. Our efforts are made to ensure that children become aware and responsible for the future of our world. The Children at Little Zak’s Academy Brookvale have been working on their Garden Project alongside of the educators throughout the Month of July. Together they have planted and grow different herbs, fruits and vegetables which will be used in their Zak’s Kitchen Cooking Experiences and Lunch time menus being cooked by their onsite chef!
