At Little Zak’s Academy, we know the importance of a child’s first six years of life. Our aim is simple – to provide excellence in early childhood care and education in a safe, welcoming, adopting and nurturing environment.
To make a colossal impact on the lives and educational outcomes of our students and their families.
To expand Australia’s premier early childhood education brand with passionate educators, delighted families and thriving students.
Grounded on the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) – ‘Being, Belonging and Becoming’ – and the National Quality Framework (NQF), we have developed an ever-evolving environment which allows for intentional teaching and spontaneous learning. This enables each child to develop lifelong skills of inter-relating, resilience, empowerment, social competence and independence.
To provide the best start in life for all our children, we need you. At the core of Little Zak’s Academy lies our love for family and close partnerships with our Little Zak’s parents. We strive to build meaningful relationships with families based on co-operation and a mutual respect for the reciprocal roles that we play in the lives of your child.
We look forward to sharing this incredible journey with you.
Little Zak’s Academy is passionate about providing an educational program which allows for children to grow at their own pace. By engaging children in a stimulating learning environment, we can perfectly complement our programs and enable them to learn through child-interest based experiences and capabilities.
At the end of the day, all of our efforts are done to create for them a smooth transition into kindergarten. To build on this, we’ve developed an inspiring School Readiness Program which tackles literacy, numeracy and phonics awareness while encouraging interaction with their peers to develop their social skills.
At the core of Little Zak’s Academy lies our highly-qualified team. We employ only the most passionate educators composed of university-trained Early Childhood Teachers, diploma-trained educators, Certificate III certified educators, and individuals undertaking a traineeship, who are working on the premises while obtaining their Certificate III in Children’s Services.
At Little Zak’s Academy, we are committed to forging strong partnerships with our families. We make family input and participation a top priority in all of our centres and strive to create bonds between our parents and educators.
In line with our efforts to represent a diverse range of family sizes, backgrounds and cultures, we highly encourage our families to come by to volunteer or to take an active role in sharing their experiences with the children. To make this possible, we have many special occasions where we invite our parents and families to the centre, to join in and celebrate with us.
