At Little Zak’s Academy we’re dedicated to providing the best environment and experiences for children in their early years of development. In our effort to nurture our children’s mental and physical development, we’ve developed Zak’s Yoga Club which caters to children aged two to six.
The mindful practice of Yoga is associated with learning, memory and regulating emotions.
